Paul Brock - Chair
In addition to his governance responsibilities as a Director of GMI, Paul Brock was appointed Chief Executive of Kiwibank in September 2010. He was part of the team that created Kiwibank in 2002. Since then Paul’s held a number of key positions within the bank, including General Manager Marketing and General Manager Savings and Transactions.
Paul has an extensive background in New Zealand’s banking industry, including senior management positions with Westpac and Trustbank.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University.

Stuart Bremner, Managing Director
In addition to his responsibilities as Managing Director of GMI, Stuart is also the General Manager Wealth and Insurance at Kiwibank and the CEO of Kiwi Insurance. Stuart joined Kiwibank in June 2011. Prior to joining Kiwibank, Stuart headed ASB Group Investments, was an executive at ASB Securities New Zealand and an Executive Director/Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs.
Stuart has worked in the financial services, education and technology sectors across the US, UK and Asia.
Stuart holds an MBA from Oxford and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Company Secretary (ACIS).

Gareth Morgan - Executive Director
In addition to his governance responsibilities as a Director of GMI, Gareth is chairman of GMI's Investment Governance Committee, which oversees the performance and integrity of the Investment Strategy Team.
Gareth was a member of the New Zealand Government appointed Capital Markets Development Taskforce (2008-2009) and the Tax Working Group (2009).
Gareth holds a PhD (economics) from Victoria University.

Andrew Gawith - Executive Director
In addition to his governance responsibilities as a Director, Andrew’s role as an executive director includes direct involvement in business development and project work, and working closely with the legal and compliance team on issues critical to the business.
Andrew holds a MAgrCom (economics) from Canterbury University’s Lincoln College.
